If you're beginning to get a little over it..do it then, 'cos you don't want to be really sick and tired of them, you want to want to do it again next time. I took mine down today...31st Dec..just 'cos I felt like a fresh start to the New Year, other years I have been slower..not wanting to let go of Christmas! Anyway, Happy New Year to you and your lovely family!!Naturally Carolhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15999271127735997770noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2605424605991046482.post-5219537547303700062010-12-28T23:30:38.662-05:002010-12-28T23:30:38.662-05:00As far as your question, when to take it all down?...As far as your question, when to take it all down? You'll know when it's time...You'll be ready to carefully tuck it all away until next time!:) Mine stays up anywhere from one week after Christmas to two weeks! It all depends...When I get up in the morning and no longer insist the lights get turned on first thing, that usually is my clue that it's time to put it all away!

Your Christmas sounds like it was wonderful and homemade chicken pot pie is one of our favorites!!! The Christmas decorations are all put up and the January decorations are out.

Steve is outside now getting the outside lights ready for next year. We are changing from color lights to all white.

I figured it was easier to make the change NOW rather than next November when we are in a rush.

Wishing you and your family a wonderful New Year filled with all the very best things.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2605424605991046482.post-86513994286726106362010-12-28T17:02:07.261-05:002010-12-28T17:02:07.261-05:00I am in suspense - where's the new item?
