These are the results of my watercolor trials. Not quite perfect yet and so I must give it another go.
But like always with a bit of practice I will get there. Still debating on sending this to someone, using it as art journal page, or what to do with it?
That's so pretty, I love it! I would keep it. I decided one day a couple of years ago to re-learn watercolor (ha) and while my first attempt wasn't actually so bad, it wasn't the prettiest, either! But I kept it for inspiration for the next time I decide to pick up a brush!
I really love your color choices- so cheery. What a great idea to combine mediums. I think it turned out to very cute, but I get the frustration of it not being exactly how it's pictured in our head! Hope you're inspired to continue on!
My name is Amanda. I'm a mother of 3 wonderful children, wife to an amazing man, and gifted artist by night. We live in a castle on a hill next to a rose garden in Connecticut.
